Who Owns the Rights to SF?

Just wondering if anyone knows who currently owns the rights to the UK Star Fleet series. Given that it has been abandoned for twenty years without being re-broadcast whoever owns them would surely be open to offers? How much do you reckon it would cost to buy them?

Whoever owns them, please do one of the following:1. Repeat the Series on UK tv 2. Release it on DVD3. Do both of the above.

Yeah. It's obviously no-one very clever - otherwise they'da made a bit of money off it.and "what is the good... hmm, of a phone call when don't have any hmm... credit on you mobile?"
