Probably the US videos as he's also flogging VCDs of SF and other series. It sounds as if he has sufficient knowledge to create tapes from the VCDs (which is novel) - he seems to be doing VHS for other series as well. He doesn't seem to be selling many and other people are undercutting his SF VCD price as well...
